Eye duct surgery

We finally got Chandler's eye duct fixed at least we are hoping so. I took him the Dr. Saunders at the storm eye institute on the 7th and he said that he thought that he could fix it without putting in a tube so this morning. Trae and I took him in for surgery at 7:45 and as you can see Chandler is doing just fine. It only took about 30 minutes and he was done...the longest 30 minutes Trae and I have ever spent. But now Chandler is home and happy and if this works he will be extra happy that I'm not going to be massaging his eye or putting drops in it any more. Fingers are crossed.

MY FIRST THANKSGIVING...

My First Camping trip.

We took our family Camping trip to Asheville NC the 19th-21st. And after my forgetful parents took an hour detour through rural Spartanburg to find Formula we arrived at our little campsite on the French Broad river.

We went to Chimney rock the next day.

I went on my first, second and third bus ride within the first 30 minutes of arriving since my parents didn't think to bring a second diaper or even change the one i was in. Boy it's hard to train parents these days.

After 20 Minutes of stair climbing we finally made it to the top.

We also went to what we thought was going to be the beautiful Hickory Nut Falls but due to the drought this is what we found instead. At least it was a nice walk.

When in the woods a man has to do the primal SCREAM.

I also got to order off the menu at Cracker barrel and had my first taste of Grits and I LOVE them.

I can't wait to go again.
